Spanning across 5 floors and covering a total area of 10,000 sqm, the Acronis Sofia office is a testament to the company's commitment to excellence. The design concept was developed with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to global brand policies and the highest standards of finishes, security, hygiene, and innovation.
One of the unique features of this design is the integration of cutting-edge technology to ensure the well-being and safety of the employees. New developments in hygiene, such as self-cleaning WC from CWS-boco Deutschland GmbH, have been implemented. The HVAC technical team has also installed a UV purification system in the office's air supply, ensuring a clean and pure environment. Additionally, all areas of the WC feature automatic "NO TOUCH" doors, minimizing the spread of bacteria through physical contact. Drinking water machines from Waterlogic, equipped with integrated filters and UV purification, provide maximum safety against bacteria and viruses.
The design team's research-driven approach played a crucial role in shaping the Acronis Sofia office. Quantitative data gathered from the client's database and qualitative research, including interviews and workshops with the team, formed the foundation of the design. The team conducted extensive analysis of existing Acronis offices worldwide, studying space utilization, workflow, and company rituals. This data-driven approach ensured that the design perfectly aligned with the needs and aspirations of the company.
One of the major challenges faced during the design process was the coordination of multiple workshops with representatives from different verticals of the company, located in various sites worldwide. However, through effective collaboration and communication, the design team successfully overcame these challenges, resulting in a cohesive and harmonious office space.
Upon entering the Acronis Sofia office, visitors are immediately immersed in the brand's essence. The deep blue color, synonymous with Acronis, leaves a lasting impact on everyone who steps foot into the space. The design team has created an unforgettable experience, ensuring that the office remains etched in the minds of all who visit.
